Supplier Management in Automotive Jobs

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Run the Global process of supplier operations optimization into Asia Pacific
Be trained by global expertise.
Execute regional plan (including global requirements) for supplier lean/value stream supplier meetings, site visits and action implementation follow up
Maintain alignment of Asia Pacific process with global process as it matures and priorities evolve.
Execute the plan, implementation of corrective actions and achievement of the budget and cost reduction targets (to be negotiated by Purchasing)
Be prepared to travel from host country to support other Asia Pacific countries.

Key Selection Criteria:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent (Manufacturing experience required)
Cross functional business acumen and familiarity with supplier and regional processes
Strong lean expertise, operational/supplier manufacturing and facilities experience
Communication, planning and organisation skills
Cost estimating and benchmarking methodologies
