Due to significant growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced relationship manager to join this fast growing, yet community oriented and internationally focussed organisation which prides itself on its social conscience.

Working as part of a team with a predominantly business banking focus, you will be exposed to a strong portfolio of existing clients with a view to not only further strengthen existing relationships, but also to acquire new business.

On a daily basis, you will be retaining existing clients through excellent client service, forging relationships with business clients predominantly in the SME sector, and working on the management of exposure sizes and lending facilities up to and over $10Mil.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in running a lending portfolio in business and/or retail banking, with proven business origination outcomes and extensive knowledge of banking products and financial services. A strong background in credit and risk management is highly preferred and cash flow lending experience will be highly regarded. In addition, you will be an energetic, client-focused person who has the ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate leadership, and be very organised and goal oriented.
