Our client is one of Victoria’s fastest growing commercial construction/development companies. Lead by one of the strongest management teams in the industry, they have managed to make their presence felt in a short time.
Having secured a number of $50m+ projects in 2011, they are now looking for a high caliber Project Manager to join their team as they ramp up for 2012.
As an experienced Project Manager you will have vast experience working on commercial projects valued at over $30m +, with either a 1st or large 2nd Tier builder. Ideally having worked your way up from a trade background or possessing a construction related degree. You will have strong knowledge of OH&S/IR laws, and proven ability at delivering major projects on time and on budget will be pivotal in securing this role.
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a package commensurate with experience but in the vicinity of $160k - $200k. This is a great opportunity to secure your next role in a tightening market.
