This role would suit someone wanting to join an established Early Learning Centre and be able to familiarise yourself across all age groups, wit h potential in the longer term to progress into a Team Leader or Management position.

To be successful in this role your ability to communicate with both Parents and children across a diverse range of age groups, and work within an energetic and cohesive team environment is a must.

Knowledge of accreditation, the New Early Years Framework and The Regulations are seen as a definite advantage. You must hold a current working with children’s check, CPR, First Aid and Anaphylaxis training. Previous experience working with children within a childcare, recreational or educational setting admirable.

Applicants interested in this role must be Certificate 3/ qualified, a recent graduate or almost completed their qualifications.
