Aspect Personnel specialise in recruiting Engineering, Architectural, Planning, Construction and Support staff. Established in 2008, the company has seen consistent and significant growth, culminating in another record year in 2011.

 

2012 has started well for us and we are again looking to expand our team. The business has been built around the staff we have managed to attract and we are now looking to engage additional consultants in order to further strengthen and diversify our market presence.

  

We are actively looking to discuss opportunities with Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Consultants and Team Leaders with prior experience recruiting within the Engineering, Architectural, Planning, Construction and Support markets. Additionally, if you have an expertise within a market that you believe will complement the above industries, we would like to hear from you.

As such, you will be given complete autonomy to manage your desk, while benefiting from an established support system. 

  

As the ideal candidate, you will have:  

• Previous experience working in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting for the architecture/design industry
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills
• A goal-orientated approach to work and the ability to work to targets
• The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment 

In return for your services, you will be offered a healthy, and negotiable, base salary as well as a market leading commission structure.
