This leading commercial mid-tier law firm based in the CBD are seeking a highly dedicated, motivated and professional legal secretary. The successful candidate will provide undivided support to two senior associates in the Workplace Advisory team.

Your role will involve diary management, billing, preparation of clients’ accounts, typing of various legal documents, correspondence, memos and communications, in addition to providing assistance to clients and staff via telephone and email. You will also be responsible for the organisation of monthly departmental meetings, file maintenance and other administrative tasks as required.
To qualify as a successful candidate you will have advanced organisational capability, professional communication skills both written and verbal, high level computer expertise including the use of MS Office, accurate typing (65wpm) and excellent attention to detail. It is mandatory to have experience with the use of Keystone accounting software and proven experience within the legal industry.
