Production Manager - Fashion

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:


    • Processing, scheduling and allocating of all orders
    • Ensure smooth operation of all customer orders
    • Ensure smooth management of dispatch and inventory
    • Ensure adequate timely fulfilment of all customer orders, local and interstate
    • Recruitment and training of new dressmakers
    • Developing relationships with and managing work to outdoor contractors.
    • Reporting any operational issues to General Manager as required
    • Monthly reporting on productivity
    • Support, liaise and assist other staff members in a team environment


    CANDIDIATES SHOULD HAVE:


    • Knowledge of fabrics, garments construction and experience with print and garment embellishment
    • Local Production experience
    • Recent experience sourcing and dealing with suppliers China direct
    • A strong background in Quality Control
    • Proficient skills in Excel and Access
