Director of Nursing ( DON ) - Aged Care

Working with a stable team of dedicated staff, you will oversee the management of this small picturesque facility. With strong administartion support, your focus will be on ensuring the team provides a high level of clincial care at al times and overseeing policies and proceedures. You will also:

  • Maintaining a professional working environment where learning, improvement and communicating is supported
  • Develop networks with external key stake holders to ensure occupancy levels
  • Ensuring continuous improvements are made to achieve accreditation

Skills and experience we are seeking:

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated experience in previous aged care management roles
  • Proven track record in people management
  • The ability to develop a close knit team and positive working environment
