Old Age Consultant Psychiatrist - REQUIRED!!
Our client is looking for an Old Age Consultant Psychiatrist to join their Aged Mental Health Services.
If you are currently an Advanced Trainee in Old Age Psychiatry, you are we lcome to apply for this post.

The mental health program embraces a philosophy of a community based care providing comprehensive Child & Youth, Adult and Aged Care Mental Health Programs. The community service is supported by a 77 bed inpatient facility. The service has a collaborative relationship with Monash University.
The Hospital provides an excellent professional development program, supervision and teaching opportunities. There is the opportunity for a joint appointment with Monash University.
This is an exciting time to join the mental health service as it develops and implements an evidence based model of care.
Suitably qualified candidates who are eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia for Old Age Psychiatrist, please apply!
Ideally you will already hold FRANZCP or are an Advanced Trainee in Old Age Psychiatry!!
If you have been assessed by RANZCP and specialise in this field, we welcome your application.
Come and provide clinical leadership and clinical governance to the team in this friendly hospital and support the junior staff with supervision/coaching that will see their career progress and develop.
You will work rostered on call, and may be required to practice at a range of community based facilities throughout the region.
Some of Victoria's most beautiful beaches, lakes, rivers and seaside villages are less than 30 minutes, the Alpine ski fields are within 1½ hrs and Melbourne is an easy 90 minute drive, just jump on the freeway!!
