Mine Planning Engineers needed in Melbourne 5-10 years experience $175k - $135k


    Melbourne     based Mining Engineering consultancies are expan ding rapidly. Varied positions available across several mining consultancies and corporate head offices. Areas include:

    • Office based Feasibility and prefeasibility projects
    • Financial modelling
    • Mine Planning work with 20% time on site ( a few days a fortnight)
    • Secondment work, 8:6 or extended rosters back to Melbourne

    You will receive full training from some of the sharpest Mine Planners in the country. So if after a couple of years you start to get the itch and want to go back out bush you will walk straight into any Senior Mine Planning role in the country.

    Although the weather sucks, Melbourne is a great place for families and singles alike. Sporting events, restaurants and cultural activities – plus you’ll only be paying $6 a beer instead of $10! The Mining Engineers I have placed there in the last few months love it and their families are much happier than in the rural areas.

    Bachelor of Mining Engineering
    5+ years Mining Engineering experience, 3 years in Mine Planning
