We currently have a new exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner within our Property Services team based in Hawthorn East. This key influential role has been established to lead change, manage growth and assist the business in maintaining its position as a market leader in aged care.

This role includes:

  • Assisting in the management of the property portfolio, developments and planned preventative maintenance
  •  Administering contracts and management of record and registers using an electronic maintenance system
  • Management of external service providers, ensuring compliance
  • Specification writing and providing technical advice to contractors and staff on Building Services Maintenance and Repair

You are a problem solver with strong IT skills, good attention to detail and a sound understanding of the Building Act & Regulations and Building Code of Australia. Previous experience in statutory and preventative maintenance scheduling is required for this role. Experience in a similar role and tertiary qualifications in Property/Tech would be highly advantageous.
