An international agency seeks an energetic and passionate retail negotiator to work on one of their major shopping projects which is currently under construction in Victoria.

As part of a small but experienced team based in the CBD, you will identify deal opportunities, recommend leasing strategies strategies, advise on the legal and financial aspects of lease negotiations, and ensure you meet project milestones.

Initial focus will be on leasing this iconic centre,  using existing networks in the retail industry.  This is a large scale project with anchor tenants already secured and interest from additional retailers.  An exciting project to focus on with a solid marketing budget.

Candidates will have strong networking capabilities to build relationships internally and externally. You will be a proven deal broker with strong business development skills. You will have strong knowledge of the retail market and be confident in your ability to deliver results.

This opportunity would be ideal for candidates wishing to move into a supportive and fun environment, where there is a strong brand inplace and lots of opportunity through growth. You will ideally have  retail leasing experience from either a landlord, agency or tenant background.
