Our client is a high end residential property organisation based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. With 3 diverse divisions, they have a development arm as well as the property management section. With their high end standard of portfolio, which comes with that high standard of clients, they stand out from their competitors.
They are originally a family run company, and although have grown massively due to their professionalism and long lasting relationships, they still maintain those values and therefore require someone with similar beliefs.
Due to continued growth and a change in business plan, our client requires a property manager to come in and hit the ground running. Due to promotion of internal staff moving upwards within the organisation, the role has been created this role.
This fantastic family run company is expanding rapidly and is genuinely booming. They have more work they can handle, with leads coming in from the cold, a great time to join with lots of people looking to buy investment properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience and be able to come in and run the department on their own, enjoy working autonomously. You main requirement is experience of CONSOLE PROGRAM, or at very least REST. All applicants must be competent in this system. All candidates must be driven and enthusiastic, and of course have their agency representatives, to allow them to work in the field. You will have ideally knowledge of trust accounting, and excellent office skills, typing etc.
All candidates must have own transport, which will be reimbursed for trips to the city, enjoy working as their own boss, have great relationship skills as many of their long standing clients like to 'chat', able to perform open inspections on Saturdays when required.
